Authority of Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees have the exclusive right, power, and authority, in their sole and absolute discretion, to administer, apply, interpret and or terminate any provisions of the Plans, and to decide on all matters arising in connection with the operation or administration of the Plans.
The day-to-day operation of the Plans is handled by Health Services & Benefit Administrators, a contract administrator appointed by the Trustees. Although you may obtain assistance and information from your Employer, your Union Representative or Health Services & Benefit Administrators about the Plans, final determination on all questions of benefits and eligibility can only be made by the full Board of Trustees.
